No proof of traffic
Tenants ask what the mall campaign did for them. Partners ask the same. There is no record to show them.
Grow Rewards · by GrowBahrain
Grow Rewards turns the businesses around you into a referral network. A customer buys at one shop, scans a QR stand, spins on their own phone and always wins a reward at a partner shop. When they redeem it, the bill value is recorded. You see exactly who sent whom, and what they spent.
Available now in Bahrain. Set up and operated for you by the GrowBahrain team. No app for customers, no tablets at the counter.
The problem
Raffle boxes, paper coupons and loyalty cards all have the same weakness: when the campaign ends, nobody can say which shop brought the customer, what that customer spent, or whether the number they wrote down may be used again. Grow Rewards replaces all three with one recorded flow from scan to redemption.
Tenants ask what the mall campaign did for them. Partners ask the same. There is no record to show them.
Slips in a box, numbers typed into a spreadsheet, mistakes nobody finds until the draw.
Phone numbers collected without a recorded consent cannot be messaged under Bahrain's data protection law. The list is a liability, not an asset.
What Grow Rewards is
A QR spin-and-win referral platform for a network of businesses: a mall and its tenants, a hospital and the shops around it, a hypermarket and its partner stores, or a group of properties under one head office. Every shop in the network sends customers to the others and receives customers back. The network owner sees the whole flow, shop to shop. Each shop sees only its own results.
Customers scan a printed stand and play on their own phone, in English or Arabic. Nothing to download, nothing to install at the counter.
Rewards come from a fixed inventory you set. A reward that runs out is removed from the wheel automatically.
Issued, redeemed, bill value, new customer: all from recorded events, nothing estimated.
How it works
After a purchase, the customer scans the QR stand at Shop A with their phone camera.
They spin on their own phone. Every spin wins a reward for a partner shop in the network.
They enter their mobile number. Marketing consent is a separate, unticked box, stored with a time stamp and the notice version.
At Shop B, staff confirm the unique code and enter the bill value. Each coupon works once, at the shop shown, before its expiry date.
Issued, redeemed, bill value, new versus returning: by shop, by shop pair, by day. Branded PDF and CSV, one click.
Customers who consented can be brought back by WhatsApp, under the network owner's brand, only after the owner approves the campaign. (Being rolled out.)
Partner shops see only their own results with contacts masked. Customer phone numbers stay with the network owner.
What's included
Printed QR stands at every participating counter. Wheel of up to 8 rewards, rotated daily, with pinned offers. English and Arabic.
Unique single-use codes with expiry. Staff confirm the code and record the bill value at the counter.
A separate workspace and logins for your network. Never shared with another client.
Which shop issued, which shop redeemed, what was spent, who was new. By shop, shop pair and day.
PDF reports with your logo, CSV export of everything, portfolio view for groups in one click.
Numbers captured in international format, consent stored as evidence, STOP opt-out handled automatically.
Several malls or hypermarkets under one login, each running its own campaigns, with cross-property rewards.
Segments and bilingual templates. No message goes out without the network owner's approval. Sent 09:00–20:00 Bahrain time, at most once a day per customer.
Who it's for
Every tenant gets a QR stand. Rewards flow from tenant to tenant. The shopper list belongs to the mall. You get proof of traffic to show tenants at renewal time.
Several malls and hypermarkets in one head-office view, each with its own campaigns. Every property's performance at a glance.
Partner shops send shoppers to the hypermarket; it sends shoppers back. No staff typing raffle entries. You see which partner brings footfall and what those shoppers spend.
QR stands in nearby shops offer a free first consultation or check-up. You see exactly which shop sent which new patient.
Join a network and both send and receive customers. New customers without paying for ads upfront.
Admission and enrolment campaigns. Where every enquiry came from.
Operated for you
Grow Rewards is not software you are left alone with. The GrowBahrain team designs the network, prints and places the stands, briefs your staff, runs the pilot and brings you the numbers. Your team signs off on rewards, campaigns and messages; ours does the daily work. The spin-and-win engine has run two university admission campaigns in Bahrain, both completed. Client names are kept confidential.
Your goal, your locations, what you spend on promotions today.
Who sends, who receives, and what the rewards are.
Your workspace, the QR stands, the staff briefing, the licence paperwork prepared with you.
A live run with the measures agreed in writing before launch. Then real numbers, and you decide the next step.
Compliance and trust
Promotions in Bahrain carry two obligations: the Personal Data Protection Law for every number you collect, and a Ministry of Industry and Commerce promotional-campaign licence for every prize campaign. Grow Rewards is built so that both are met by default. Nothing is deleted silently; every change is logged and every report can be audited.
Customers can play and win without agreeing to marketing. If they agree, the box they ticked, the time and the notice version are stored as evidence. Replying STOP ends messages at once.
Each campaign runs under a Ministry of Industry and Commerce promotional-campaign licence. If a licence is missing or expired, the stands pause automatically. We prepare the application with you.
You are the data controller; GrowBahrain processes data only on your instructions under a written data processing agreement. Shops see masked contacts only. Data is held on secure cloud servers in a jurisdiction approved for transfer under Bahrain's data protection rules.
The kiosk asks for age confirmation (21 and over by default; adjustable to your campaign terms). Campaign terms and the privacy notice are linked from every stand in English and Arabic.

Yes. Rewards are drawn at random from an inventory you set and approve. When a reward is exhausted it leaves the wheel. One spin per person, per shop, per day; the terms are shown at the stand.

Yes. Prize campaigns in Bahrain require a promotional-campaign licence from the Ministry of Industry and Commerce. We prepare the application with you, and the stands pause automatically if the licence is missing or expired.
Pricing depends on the number of locations and campaigns: a set-up fee plus a monthly retainer, or a per-campaign price. We quote after the discovery call, and the 90-day pilot starts with measures agreed in writing.
Yes. A group head office sees every property in one view, each property runs its own campaigns, and rewards can be set to work across properties.
